A Possible Background Track
Here’s the potential background track I’m thinking of for my upcoming audio course, The God Note. I paid a musician a significant amount of money (significant for me anyways) to create a custom background track for this course. And I really like what he did. But it ended up feeling too sleepy for the energy of this course. So I think I’ll use it for a sleep meditation.
Today I stumbled across a piece of music on Artlist (a service I pay for to license high quality background music for guided meditations). This one is more energetic and has more of a beat than what I usually use, but something about it is feeling right for The God Note.
I’m finding myself nodding my head as I listen. And I think that might be a cool and unique meditative experience, to be nodding and raising energy while “meditating.”
You can listen to my hypothetical background track below. I adjusted the levels of the original track to my taste and added some natural elements of water, particularly at the beginning and closing moments of the track.
I’m slightly self-conscious in sharing this with you.
But why not?
Feel free to let me know what you think.
